VTC enrolled students can apply for an AVD account through the following methods:

1. Login to VTC Student Portal

2. Go to 'IT Services' menu

3. Select 'Azure Virtual Desktop Application'

4. Fill out and submit the application form

5. Wait for IT department approval (usually completed within 1-2 business days)
